Q How long does it take when placing an order to receive delivery of the round pen?
A Approximately 2-3 weeks depending on availability of steel.

Q When do I pay for the round pen?
A A deposit for the round pen is £150 is payable with your order and the balance is payable on delivery. The deposit for an Arena Grader is £50.

Q Is delivery included in price?
A Yes.

Q Does it get installed by you or the customer?
A Installed by our assembly crew.

Q Is the assembly crew included in the price?
A Yes, we will assemble your pen free of charge.

Q What is the round pen made from?
A 16 gauge steel

Q Do they come in any other colour?
A No, because we want our products to be long-lasting and maintenance-free they are produced with a hot-dipped galvanised finish which is silver in colour.

Q After you have installed the round pen, is it then up to the customer to move the round pen or can you move it to another part of my establishment? How much would it cost?
A Yes, the customer can contact us to relocate the pen. The cost would be £18 per hour labour, plus travelling time.

Q How much is it to hire your round pens?
A Hire charge is £100 per day, plus delivery charge (to be agreed). We provide free assembly and dismantling of the round pen. Long term hire to be discussed.
